About The Owner

Jerusalem-born, Merav Ben Loulou is an internationally educated visual artist, fashion,
and life photographer bringing her magical touch to our store daily. After graduating from
Sheridan College Institute of Technology and Design with a degree in Applied
Photography, Ben Loulou mastered the practice of professional photography abroad and
returned to Israel in 2010. She quickly established herself as one of the country's leading
photographers. Her collection of works “The Backstage Project,” a two-way dialogue
about the fashion world, captured the raw and ethereal environment of backstage
European fashion shows of renowned brands such as Dior, Lanvin, and Damir Doma. Her
photography, with a focus on male models, lines our walls and uniquely punctuates the
space. Following 10 years as an acclaimed fashion photographer, Ben Loulou co-founded
Loulou Roma as a space to share her established reputation for exquisite taste and style.
