The majority of items we sell are vintage, unless otherwise stated. Some signs of wear are expected, including items described as in excellent vintage condition. If you have any questions or concerns about a piece and its condition, please contact us ,if you wish to see additional photos and details prior to purchase.
Outside conditions beyond the control of Loulou Roma can affect the life expectancy of any furniture, and Loulou Roma neither assumes nor offers any warranty on any vintage, or refinished/reupholstered items.
Listed pricing for any item purchased online or in the showroom does not include shipping, or custom packaging in addition to that which we offer in the ordinary course of business or delivery unless otherwise agreed upon .

All Sales Are Final. If you have any hesitation prior to purchase or would like more details, we would love to share more photos and answer any questions! Loulou Roma neither assumes nor offers any warranty on vintage, or refinished/reupholstered items after items leave our showroom.
SHIPPING & HANDLING
Loulou Roma provides Shipping + Delivery services locally throughout Israel and Internationally.
Loulou Roma contracts Third Party Delivery Providers for Delivery services, with furniture delivery time to most locations within Israel of between 7-10 business days . Delivery includes delivering the item to the designated place within the home .
By Completing A Purchase through Loulou Roma you acknowledge that responsibility of your purchase transfers by Third Party delivery provider of your choice at the time of pickup. Items left over 30 Calendar days will become the property of Loulou Roma, with no credits or refunds issued. Customers take responsibility for item condition at the point of pick-up
LOCAL PICKUP
Goods purchased locally are available for pickup from our showroom or warehouse and must be collected within 7 days from the commitment of the sale. Collection hours are Monday - Thursday 10am-6pm and.
STORAGE SERVICES
If you need goods stored; Loulou Roma provides short term storage (6 months or under) for most items. Customers will be charged a relocation fee + a monthly storage fee that is dependent on the size and nature of the item. Please contact us for further information.
ADDITIONAL TERMS + DAMAGED GOODS
Loulou Roma is not responsible for damage, theft, loss or otherwise that occurs after the item has been purchased. Loulou Roma is not responsible for damage, theft, loss or otherwise that occurs as a result of shipping . Loulou Roma is not liable to refund, restore or replace inventory that may suffer damage, theft, loss or otherwise as a result of Shipping, . Loulou Roma will assist in coordinating shipping as a service to our clients but the Third Party Delivery Providers bear full responsibility for the items. Upon completion of a purchase, the client assumes responsibility for any insurance
If using a third-party receiver, clients acknowledge the receiving party takes full responsibility for the condition of pieces at the point of delivery if no defects are documented directly with the carrier. On request, customers may also coordinate their own shipping directly with the carrier of their choice by making all arrangements for pick-up and packaging requirements. Carriers arranged by customers take responsibility for the item condition at the point of purchase.
We suggest that all clients fully inspect their items at the time of delivery and before the delivery providers leave the home In the unlikely event that an item arrives damaged, please call our showroom immediately so we can assist in resolving the issue , we will need to receive detailed photos within 24 hours. Please also take photos of the damage and shipping material and keep the original shipping packaging. Loulou Roma is not liable for refunds for goods damaged, lost or stolen by Third Party Providers.
